Who can open a wholesale account with PRMX?
Accounts are opened to qualified businesses only, including research supply distributors, contract research organizations, analytical and testing laboratories, and institutional research purchasing. Business verification documentation is required before a first order ships.
What does For Research Use Only mean?
It means the materials are supplied strictly for laboratory research use by trained personnel in an appropriate laboratory environment. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA, and are not for human or veterinary use.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is tiered by volume and released on wholesale account approval. Tiers reward consolidation, so an account sourcing across the catalog reaches a better tier than one ordering a single compound.
How quickly do orders ship?
Orders confirmed before 2 PM PT ship the following business day from US warehousing. Fulfillment on in-stock presentations runs 24 to 48 hours.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?
Yes. Identity and purity are established by HPLC at the production lot level, and the certificate for the specific lot shipped is provided to approved accounts. Records are retained for the life of the account.
Where is product sourced and stored?
Product is sourced and warehoused in the United States. Domestic inventory removes customs exposure from the delivery timeline.
Do you offer private or white label?
Yes. Custom labelling and packaging are available for distribution partners building their own presentation. Discuss requirements when opening the account.
What is the minimum order?
Minimums vary by compound and presentation. They are provided with the tiered price list on account approval.
Do you ship internationally?
